Welcome to The Atrium Clinic. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, purchasing services, or receiving treatment from The Atrium Clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Appointments & Booking
Appointments at The Atrium Clinic are reserved specifically for each patient and require dedicated provider time.
A valid credit card may be required to reserve your appointment. Appointment availability is limited, and we ask that patients provide adequate notice if they need to make changes.
For new appointments, a $50 booking deposit may be required. This deposit will be applied toward your scheduled treatment or service.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules change. To provide the best experience for all patients, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit. A new deposit may be required to reserve a future appointment.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to additional scheduling restrictions.
Treatment Plans & Consultations
Every patient receives an individualized treatment plan based on their unique anatomy, goals, medical history, and aesthetic concerns.
Consultations are designed to provide education, discuss available options, and create a personalized plan. Recommendations may vary between patients, and no specific outcome or result can be guaranteed.
Treatment decisions are made collaboratively between the patient and provider.
Payments & Refunds
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise arranged.
Due to the personalized nature of aesthetic treatments, treatment services, packages, memberships, and skincare products are subject to individual terms and are not refundable once provided or purchased.
Unused treatment credits, packages, and memberships may be subject to expiration or cancellation terms as outlined in applicable agreements.
Results & Expectations
Aesthetic treatments are elective procedures, and individual results vary.
Factors including anatomy, skin quality, age, lifestyle, healing response, and adherence to aftercare instructions may influence outcomes.
The Atrium Clinic is committed to providing safe, evidence-informed care and realistic expectations. While we strive for beautiful outcomes, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
Photos & Treatment Documentation
Before-and-after photos may be taken to document treatment progress and assist with clinical care.
Photography will only be used for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes with appropriate patient consent.
Communication Consent
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive appointment reminders, treatment-related communications, and other practice updates from The Atrium Clinic.
