  • Start with a personalized consultation. We’ll take the time to understand your goals, assess your skin and facial anatomy, and recommend treatments that are right for you. You don’t need to know what you need before you arrive; that’s our job.

  • For best results, use the mask at least 3-5 times per week for 10-15 minutes.

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

  • Most patients begin seeing results within 3–5 days, with full results visible around 10–14 days after treatment. We recommend waiting the full two weeks before assessing your final outcome or determining whether a touch-up is needed. If you have any concerns, our team is always happy to help.
